* No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If an item is unavailable, you can exchange it for one of equal value or receive a credit note valid for 3 months.
* Defective Items Only
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
* Video Proof for Refund
For damaged goods, a full unboxing video is required. This video must:
^ Show the entire process from the seal opening.
^ Be uncut, unfiltered, and unedited.
^ Include the package's name, address sheet, and bill.
^ The video must be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
* Defective Item Shipping
Defective items must be returned within 3- 5 working days of delivery for assistance.
* Refund Conditions
Only the product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
No refunds or exchanges for size issues or used products.
* Partial Refund for Customer Fault
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or contact details, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15-20 days.
